What Would Cause This?

I have noticed a person at my gym where I work out. She is probably in her mid to late 30’s. She is shrinking… What I mean is when I saw here maybe 2 months ago she was bloated and puffy. Her belly was distended and soft. Well last night I saw her and she is really cut down. I asked her how much she had lost she said 25lbs with another 20 to go. Now she is a professional BB. She is 12 weeks out from competition. And when she is at competition weight she looks tight and extremely hard. No BF what so ever.

My question is this… I know through diet and training you can achieve a lot but this is very rapid. It is like the fat is just being sucked right out of her and she is retaining no water what so ever. Her muscles look pumped all the time. Her training does not appear to be to to intense. She lifts light and high reps. When I was talking to her she said that she is not trying to put on any more muscle just really drop water and BF. I don’t see her do cardio but that does not mean she doesn’t out side the gym.

Any thoughts?

2 months max. I am thinking a little less then 2 months. Just with all that weight less her skin is not loose at all, very tight.

that's natural for alot of BBers...pros that is...my friend is an ex pro and off season he looks like a chunky cow but in a matter of 2 months he gets shredded down with veins and muscles popping out everywhere...this is the part of BBing that I don't have...the DIET discipline!!!!!

Check out a picture of Jay Cutler in the off season... He looks like an NFL Offensive Guard. Fat As Hell. These folks have the ability to shread down within 90 days.... perfectly normal.
