What would be the best post cycle please?

I have 5 50mg/ml bottles of Liquidvar and 2 bottles of QV EQ Bold200.

What type of post cycle regime should i run. I would rather not run anything hard on the hair. So proviron is not a top choice for me. I will be purchasing 20 nolvadex's and 5 cialis tabs also.

Another quick question is since i am not the greatest at math the two eq bottles will not be enough to run 500mg a week correct ?but only 400mg?

post cylce as in post cycle recovery (clomid, nolva, etc.)....or post cycle as another cycle or bridge?....was this your first cycle?....what are you on now?

this is the second. i need a post cycle to end it.. such as nolva.. but i rather not take clomid.

so you're cycle is EQ and var....well, since you don't want to take clomid I'd go with nolva....20 mg for every 50 mg of clomid in the standard 300/100/50 regimen

BTW....you'll have enough EQ for about 9 weeks (if you're lucky) at 400 mg/ week.....QV is always underfilled.....

wow that was alot more then i was expecting. I was going to say plenty of creatine, milk thistle, tribestan, tribulus, aven santiva, and 20 mg of nolva a day for 20 days. Why do i need so much nolvadex and tapr it down? wont that hinder my results?

Nolva has one purpose -- it will prevent gyno. EQ and anavar can not cause gyno.
So where's the logic?

nelson : you are correct but mainly becasue my dumbass didnt give the full information.. i also MAY have primo comming depending on the price.. even though it isnt harsh o nthe body i was going to get the nolva becasue its cheap for precaution. Sorry i only wanted the post cycle to cover the anavar and eq becasue thats what i will have no matter what

You don't need Nolva.

im aksing what the post cycle should be. For the eq and var... wether or not i add primo isnt a part of the question but the whoel reason why i was going to get the nolvadex just in case. You say primo doesnt cause gyno.. is that at 500mg a week for 8 weeks? the post cycle for the eq and anavar is my main concern
