What workout while using AAS?

Hello everybody. First, I would like to thank everyone here for providing the best forum on the web for supplementing with AAS.

My question is what is the best style of workout when supplementing with AAS? I am not looking for anything super specific. (although I will appreciate a specific routine) Splits, Fullbody, Iso, Compound, One muscle a week? What do you guys think?

Sorry if I posted this in the wrong area.

Some extra info: I am 21 years old, Male, 6' tall, 170lbs 6%BF, I plan on doing a few cycles of Dieselbolan.

It really all depends on your overall goals. Post up what you want to accomplish and what your cycle will consist of, it will help us help you.

Yeah I totally forgot to add that. My goals are to gain strength, mass, and speed.

I have been hitting one muscle group a week really hard (6 excercises per muscle group)

Monday - Chest
Tuseday - Lats
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Arms
Saturday - Core
Sunday - Rest

If you want to see detailed info on my workout you can go to http://scoobysworkshop.com/advanced-workout-plan/

5 Day split is good to go. I would switch it up just a little bit though.

Monday Chest
Tuesday Legs
Wednesday Shoulders
Thursday Back
Friday Arms.

You do not want to stick your back and leg workouts near each other like that. It will tax the hell out of your central nervous system.

I have several hi intensity routines when i'm on.
I do the Push/pull method at the moment starting light then pyramiding up adding 20 lbs to each side until i reach a 1 rep max then i drop 40 pounds and do several sets to exhaustion, drop another 40lbs and do until exhaustion all th way down until 100lbs becomes difficult, total sets around 15 per bodypart, the next few days are difficult to function, so i consider that time in the gym successful!

I also do a 5X5 routine thats brutal i call it 5X5 and beyond.

Thank you Texas for you suggestion I will do that.

Thank you Radar, great post.

How about core? Should I hit that hard or no? I do want a strong bodybuilder type 6 pack. (not prego or anything)

Also I workout for about an hour or a little more while lifting. Should I increase the time I spend in the gym due to the fact that AAS speed up recovery a lot.

Thank you all for your replys.

No...all you need is 45-60 min for a workout...make the most of that time, and make the most out of your rest & recovery time as well, that is when we grow! Good advice here from two very reputable bros...the only thing I will add is good for you for putting the work into your routine, training and nutrition will dictate the success of your cycle...period.

before you jump on steroids you need to figure out this question first. your stats don't indicate someone with very much experience..

whatever works off, will work on .. everyone is gonna be different.

You're absolutely right. I have zero experience with steroids. I do however have lifting experience. (3 years) I have been reading tons lately on here (needtogetaas's AAS 101 being the best) I do plan on doing a very strict diet and routine also under the supervision of a doctor.
(frequent blood tests etc etc...)

I will not get lazy about anything and plan on doing 1, or maybe 2 cycles. So I have no worries as far as that goes.

Thanks for the info and your time.

Well at least you are doing some homework and researching on your own...kudos for that...I understand where Steve is coming from but was trying to refrain from chastising you and instead give some constructive advice, yes you are 21, we will all say you are too young to be cycling AAS, to get to your natural potential before you decide on steroids...but I think you already know this, and you are an adult, and you seem to have a good head on your shoulders, and you didn't just come on here asking what, how much, and where to get steroids like most immature kids...so I will give you kudos there.

3 years isn't a long time believe it or not.. it takes a lot of trial and error to find a workout routine that you can go to as your bread and butter. I would be experimenting with many ideas and seeing what works best for you ... if there was a tried and true routine then everyone at the gym would has bulging muscles, the bottom line is most guys at the gym go nowhere cause they are stubborn and won't change things up and try new things ..

keep trying new things, once you find something where you are getting good progress then its time to build a base and then juice to push to another level

I am with ya bro...not disagreeing at all, just trying to be a little realistic here, we are all still learning everyday!

Thanks for the good info guys. I am willing to try new things. (routines, nutrition, etc etc...) I understand your points about being 21 with only 3 years of lifting experience, but I have made up my mind to try a cycle or 2 to see where it will take me.

Again thanks for the input.

My goal weight right now is 195lbs. If I do a cycle or two to get there do you think it will be easy to maintain naturally after PCT? (Say after a regimen I weigh 210 lbs and after PCT I was at 180-190)
