What were the skies like when you were young?

My dad & I used to go up on the roof of our garage and watch the stars at night w/ his binoculars. (He wouldn't buy me a telescope ) Some nights we'd literally be sitting up there in the snow in the middle of winter watching some fantastic aurora borealis or looking trying to pick out all of the double star systems in the Big Dipper, or seeing if we can see all 7 of the Pleaides (sp?).

My dad is pretty cool.

has anybody noticed the x's they put up in major cities? I saw them in cleveland the other weekend. They're just x's that look like they're made up of jet trails, but they have a definite beginning and ending point. I never noticed them until somebody told me to look for them. I was told they consist of fine aluminum particles that are meant to reflect the sunlight because our ozone layer can't do it by itself anymore.

Look up chemtrails. There's a conspiracy that the government is spraying chemicals onto certain cities and areas of the country.

Contrails are the lines you see trailing airplanes and jets. They are condensed water vapors and usually occur at high altitudes (above 30,000 ft). Becuase of the colder temperatures.

If it's below 30,000 ft than something is fishy. Not to mention the classic x pattern you described. Those would be chemtrails and are being reported more frequently. Ohio is a hot spot for them too.

This is based on the questions I have been ask via email.

Answer: A Chemtrail is a lingering contrail that usually expands out to form a cloud that looks much like a normal Cirrus formation but often will form below the normal altitude for Cirrus type clouds. Chemtrails also often have the tell tale oil slick colored light refraction patterns observable through them as you will see in the picture below.

Another reported difference is the fact that Chemtrails are often laid down in deliberate patterns that will resemble a tic-tac-toe, or zigzag pattern often overlapping or intersecting. Many times they form X's as well. Some have been referred to as looking like a plowed field where the sky is carefully covered from horizon to horizon.

Chemtrails also have been reported to have an irritating fallout associated with them that causes illness in persons who are allergic to what ever the materials are that these trails are composed of.

I was up the mountains last summer and to see a sun set up there is absolutly amazing. The mixture of the colors and the stars starting to show makes for a great picture, but the pic can't compare what its like to see it.

Landscape and scenery has to be one of the most relaxing things in life. Me and my dad just finished putting a water fountain in the front yard w/ some of those little lamps every couple of feet. When the traffic dies down and it gets quiet the lights come, blue lights around the fountain, and I actually feel at ease sitting on the porch. Nice to see the fruits of our labor.

Crazy stuff. Whatever they are, we should have the right to know what they're dumping up there. Another one of the x-filesish theories is that they're part of a massive mind control experiment.
