If you were pretty satisfied (atleast for the time being) with most body parts but there were some lagging ones that you wanted to devote some serious time to getting up to speed (so as to stay nicely porportional or look a certain way) what type of workouts would you do? For example I don't want to be overly huge, that's just not my goal. But I do want to bring up some lagging body parts. I really want to work on my chest and getting my abs bigger. I'm at a low bodyfat and know how to get to a lower bodyfat if I wanted but I still want to get my abs more muscular so they stand out that much more when I do cut down. Allthough im really lean right now (sixpack).
Anyways what type of workouts would you do if you wanted to focus on your Chest and Abs for a while? How many sets would you do for everything, how many times a week would you workout etc. etc. Thanks!
