Hi guys im new here, i need an advice plesae, i been training for about five years, im in good shape, and im on a good diet, fright now , i need a cycel, in the past i took sus and dec and win , but i got to big i want a smaler frame with more dfetiontion, last i took was sus a nd tren well i came much beter ut still not my result , i want to come lean as i came withe tren but i get big legs all the time, im into fashion and i cant aford to heave big legs, i have to train my legs cos ots a must can you help me please
