at 25yrs old you def shouldnt use S23

nothing.. you are too young and have next to nothing for training experience.. s23 is more of a steroid than sarm, and you are a long way from anything like that.. you should stick with the sarms triple stack as your first stack... its much more suitable for you considering your training history.. it is a great starter stack
