what to keep from anavar only?

at those of you who did some anavar /oxandrolone only cycles, what can i expect to keep from a 6 week cycle at 30mg a day? i mean in terms of strength, vascularity etc.

weight is about 84 kg (don`t know how many pounds that is but i guess abut 180 or something)

bf don`t know exactly but about 15% i suppose...
would go with high volume training , high protein ,add 15 g glutamine additionally, low fat and good carb up ( i jus needz ma carbs)

Firstly your 185lbs (kg*2.2 = lbs)

I am about to do var for first time but from my research I don't think you'll be happy with var only at 30mg, especially at 15%bf, you may gain some strength and keep alittle, but I'd forget about vascularity (need to be below 11% att most), and any significant body composition change.

Up dosage or add test
 
okay , now i am thinking about adding primobolan , 8 weeks 200mg , after the first week bring in anavar at 30mg/ed for the first and 40 mg for the next 5 weeks, would that be efficient?

"post cycle" would be clomid with a basic routine of 200 first day, 150 2nd ,100 3rd 50 ed for about four weeks i guess
 
ive been on a btg var only cycle now a little over 3 weeks....25 mg a day(they are VERY expensive) strength is going crazy...im finding new vains almost daily.. i can honestly say im loving it.....but diet and cario seem to be VERY important in 3 weeks ive dropped from 15% to 12 % and gained two lbs....btg is great!

How much cardio have you been doing, and what does your diet look like?? I'm planning on running 40mg var/400mg eq and I'll be starting at about 230lbs 15%bf. I really don't care what happens to my weight as long as my bf drops to single digits.
 
id like to know also.....im doing 600mg primo 1-8 50 mg var 1-3 then 4-8 40 mg..im just wondering what kind of gains ill get
 
i have no "set" diet...pleanty of clean protien.... tuna. raw salmon. whole rosted chickens. some white rice, some light wheat toast with my tuna. egg whites, ill cheat occasionally...once a week with a chicken gyro. 2 myoplex shakes a day
cardio.....30 minutes eliptical machine 6 days a week...i know pepes are gonna say too much, but its working very well for me. like i said im dropping bf and gaining weight so i must be doing somthing right..
this is my first gear too so im no expert, im always open to constructive critisism...all i can say is its workin great even my mood is elevated! i still have 5 weeks to go on this and have some papervar on the way so i can bump to 40 mgs a day.....anyone with papervar experience let me know how you like it....i cant see it beating btg....:)
