What to expect?

Hey guys,

We've all seen the posts about what to expect from a first cycle in terms of weight gain, but how is it distributed? If anyone took arm, chest, waist, etc. measurements before and after cycle, I would be interested in hearing about them. Also, how were your poundages on bench, squad, dead, etc. effected? Thanks!

Um when I cycle I my arms chest and shoulders usally are the ones that grow the most.

on first bulking cycle I reached a max of 55lbs more on my bench, and 85lbs on my squats. now when I cycle I dont get as high as those poundages but come pretty close.

I find that my body tends to grow all over very nice while on a cycle except my arms (lagging body part) really fall behind. I think the lagging body parts will be more pronounced while on a cycle, but that is just my opinion

My shoulders (I look like a king cobra four weeks in LOL) and arms grow the best, back is decent. My chest and calves are the hardest to get to grow.
 
Stiffler - Thanks... I've been lurking for a couple months now, but just decided to make a post.

I appreciate everyone's help, but I was looking more for actual measurements, i.e. start - 16" arms, end - 17" arms. I understand that each person grows different, but I was wanting to see how weight gained correlates to the amount of size gained. I have heard that 15 lbs of LBM is roughly equal to 1" on the arms. Does this sound like an accurate estimate based on experience?

The point of all these questions is that I have a clear mental picture of what I want to look like, however, I am unsure of the amount of muscle I need to gain to get there.

MY PERSONAL RESULTS HAVE BEEN DIFFERENT ON EACH CYCLE.
Before my first cycle I was new to bodybuilding and had a slim frame. My arms were 11.5" I gained about 20lbs and at the end my arms measured in at 14"

Before my second cycle my arms measured in at 13.5" and I gained 25lbs. At the end of this cycle my arms measured in at 14.5".

I cant really see how this would help you but if it does than I guess you are welcome.
I would advise you to not worry too much about measurments and just keep pushing up as much weight as you can. also dont forget to .EAT

as long as the gains come why worry-some grow better than others as to some keep more (gains) than others.!!!Welcome to Elite Bro!!! RADAR
