What to expect from running letro for gyno reduction?

If you have had gyno for a couple years the probability that any protocol involving any drug will reduce it to a point where you will be happy is almost ZERO!!!
I just had puffy nipples but I tried anything and everything to get rid of them… Nothing reduced it enough!! I had my glands cut out a couple years ago… The best money I ever spent as there is no use in having a great body if you can’t show it off!!

Yeah, I have considered the surgery route, but I was thinking of giving something a shot before that last resort. That kinda cash outlay isn't in the cards right now.

The postive thing is that my gyno doesn't affect the nipple too much. . . it is more around it and the nodular type. I'm really the only one that notices it, unless I were to diet down to an extremely low bf%.

I did the letro protocal with dostinex as well. Taper up to 2.5 ed, cant recall the dostinex dose, and tapered back down over a 6week period. It worked wonders for me personally. I had the puffiness and several small lumps. It has not come back in over a year now.

Thanks jpg. So how long of a time were you on letro for?

Here is the protocol I was going to follow:

wk1: days 1-3 0.5mg/day letro; days 4-7 1mg/day letro
wk2: 1.5mg/day letro
wk3: 1.5mg/day letro if it is shrinking, if not increase to 2.0mg
wk4: same as wk 3
wk5: decrease 0.5mg/day every 3 days
starting wk6: same as wk5 until at 0 mg; when at 0.5 mg/day letro start 10mg/day nolva
At 0 mg letro start 20mg/day nolva for one week; followed by 10mg/day nolva for another week

I didn't consider dostinex since my gyno isn't prolactin based.

I just dread the damn libido crash. Thank God I have an understanding wife.
