Thanks so much for the reply Swole.
I have the letro protocol written down at home (I'm at work), but off the top of my head it is basically starting at 0.5 mg/day and tapering up to 1.5 - 2.0 mg/day, staying at that until the gyno reduces, and then tapering down. Nolva is started at the tail end for a week or so to counter any rebound.
I'll have to post the specifics later.
I originally got gyno from a M1T cycle several years ago. At that time, I did low dose Nolva for a few months and it subsided to the point I couldn't tell it was there at all.
I guess I'm very gyno prone, as lately I took an herbal test booster for a few weeks and it flared up believe it or not. No BS. I was thinking of the letro protocol to hit it hard and try really knock it out.
I did do a month of 1-T a couple of months ago, so I guess it could be delayed. . . not sure about that. It's just there now and I want to do something about it.
I know the studies give credence to Nolva and Ralox as treatments, but the anecdotal evidence is so stong for letro that it seems to be effective.
