What to expect from my first planned cycle....

I usually log in from work, but at mothers, so I set up another user name...anyhow, Here is how my cycle will go:

w1-3: 750 mg omna/ 35mg dbol daily
w4: 500 mg omna/35 mg dbol daily
w5-8: 500 mg omna
w9-11: 50 mg clomid eod

I will be throwing in proviron and aramidex during the cycle also. This is my first well planned out cycle...I did a few dbol onlys and a test depot only cycle...and since my results were not what i wanted and I had poor training, lets call those a wash.

I have been traing hard for the past six months and here are some quick stats:

34 yrs old
5"10"
210
10% bf
bench max: 450
squat max: 385/415
dead lift max: 385
arms 18.5 cold and solid

What can I expect or realistically expect to gain...I am going for strength only...and whan I crash, I will have a better new point then where I am at now, so that is a plus...I am realistic, i figure about 20 pounds in weight and then lose 10 and keep a good ten and jump 50 pounds minimumon my above listed max's. I would think, especially with power lifting type approach, and clean diet and also my protein etc.....any ideas?

i would lower your omna doses, i was thinking more of test enanth, i think it will put on some solid size alon with the dbols the first few weeks,....post cycle looks good

you will put on as much weight as you want as long as you eat ALOT and clean.
 
I could lower the dosage on the loading weeks and then extend this to 10 weeks, but will that be enough at the end since i am dropping the dbol.....also, since my aramidex did not come in, i will be using proviron and clomid, anything more readily available and less costly to throw in...with not being to prone to gyno from what i can tell, and with the dosage i am taking, i may be alright but i hate to rely on provir9on alone, although it has been the industry standard for ever now...

why not

1-10 test enant (or whatever) 500mg
1- 5 dbol 35mg/ day

post cycle looks good


simple cyle and will put on some solid size, also EAT, food is what is really anabolic
 
Cool...thanks....maybe taper the dbol in week 5...what else i got out there tio chose from on the anti e side.....

I am going to run the cycle 10 weeks as you have listed....i should probably run the clomid from day one post sysle for 2 weeks...i have enough to run 3...that be kosher?
