I am a graduating senior, so time is not something I have a lot of. I am 6'0 235lbs, and want to lose some weight and thin up for graduation. I have tried a CKD but can't do it with school and all, it effects my studying etc. What do you think I should do to lose about 20lbs in 2 months? The bonus is that in my room I have shit loads of weights with a bench, and a treadmill. How many days a week should I run? Thanks for all the help.
