There is two parts to this, first is I really need to work on my core and my knees are coming in when squats get heavy. I should also mention I'm only in week 3 of my return after a long layoff. Second, I need help choosing 2 or 3 of the following......
Squat
Box Squats (gotta start sometime)
Pullthroughs

Zercher Squats
.........and there are probably more I can't think of right now.
Then on to calves.
Suggestions and reasons why you picked them, some of these exercises are new to me and there is no such thing as too much info. I'd especially like to hear from the powerlifters on here.
