I typically workout from 7:30P - 9:00P. The only downside to this for me is that it pumps me up and then I have a hard time falling asleep before midnight.
I usually don't get off work until around 230am so I lift about an hour after I wake up (1230-1pm) and do my cardio a couple of hours before work. I am going to start doing double shifts next week so my times are going to get pushed back even later. I absolutely hate going in at 5-7pm and will avoid it at all costs.
