What time do you inject??

In the morning? in the evening? before the gym or after the gym.

Usually before the gym, but I suppose i would be doing it after the gym if I worked out earlier in the day... Whenever I do my injections i try to keep them around the same time in the day each time I do them, especially if they are ED injections... There is, however, no BEST time to inject - it's a preference thing..

BTW....my friend injects usually mid afternoon, before the gym, either that or when he gets back...or at least, that's what he's told me.

as soon as i can. im doing 2xweek now and sometimes i want to do them the day before because i cant wait. I love injections! It amazing how a couple little bottle of test really wieghts like 20 pounds.
