Not to flame people, unless they are a proven scammer. to me, that is the only acceptable excuse for flaming. It serves no constructive purpose and demeans the board. It is teenager behavior. And to learn who the mature mods are and distinguish them from the corrupt or immature college kids.

Pointing people to the "Search" feature need not be a flame.

Don't look at what others do here (gear use) and decide to do like them.

Bodybuilding is not a cookie-cutter sport. Your DNA shapes what you can be, and what one guy gets is not always what you get.

Likewise, his choice in gear use (type and amount), is HIS choice. That doesn't mean it's right for you.

Don't let "peer pressure" make you choose one option over the other. Like who you are, and focus on being the best YOU you can be.
