What Things Have You Learned Not to Do from This Board

I think the most important thing I learned was not shove sharp object into my urethra. I used to do that quite regulraly but not anymore for the most part. Granted I have a pencil inserted in to my penis as I type this but that doesn't count per se.

It hasn't been sharpened. It was right out of the bag - fresh as a daisy. It's not in my penis anymore though - I gave it to a co-worker to use for writing with. I am now working on getting a stapler to new depths in my urethra. Tricky business but definitely worth it.

Bodybuilding is not a cookie-cutter sport. Your DNA shapes what you can be, and what one guy gets is not always what you get.

Likewise, his choice in gear use (type and amount), is HIS choice. That doesn't mean it's right for you.

Don't let "peer pressure" make you choose one option over the other. Like who you are, and focus on being the best YOU you can be.
