What the shit !!!!

i recently ended my second 10 wk cycle of cyp. the first cycle i gained and kept 30lbs. i gained 1 inch in my chest, 1 1/2 inches in each arm, 1 inch in my neck ( not sure how ) and lost an inch in my stomach. after the second cycle i gained 1 inch in my chest only. no gains anywhere else and didnt put on any more weight. ( i busted my ass twice as hard at the gym for the second cycle ) i eat like a maniac and drink nothing but water. the only thing that i did different on the second cycle is ate much more and drank more water and worked out harder. i was wondering if somone could tell me why my gains stopped. mabye i got bad gear or somthin?
 
Im confused. Your first cycle you gained 30lbs and ran test cyp. Are you still on your second cycle now? How much weight have you gained? What are you eating "eat like a maniac" doesnt tell us much.
 
30 freakin lbs that you kept on cyp only, were you running a 1000mg/week or more?....you may need to eat a crap load more than you did the first time especially if you kept it.
 
how much time where you off between cycles?
 
If you gained 30 pounds from every cycle, half the guys on this board would weigh
7948 pounds.
 
i was runnin 500mg/wk for both cycles. ive been done with my second cycle for about 3 weeks. im taking toco-8, endoamp max, and sustain alpha for pct. ( recomended by a freind ) my strength gains were actually pretty good. ( i didnt think about that before i posted my thread ) im not complaining about the 1 inch gain in my chest, i was just comparing my first cycle to my second and was a little disapointed. i took 3 month off before starting my second cycle. as far as food goes, im not exactly sure what is best. ive just been eating what i know has lots of protien. ( tuna, fish, nuts, etc ) and when im not eating meals im eating salads as snacks and constantly drinking water. and your right nelson, everybody would be giants if they gained 30lbs every cycle. i quess i didnt think about that. that was f ' n funny.

if your trying to gain these protein sources are shit. you need to add some daily beef, eggs, and milk. after those its chicken
 
Actual, real, lean muscle gains are harder to come by than we sometimes think. I have gained 25 lbs in a few weeks, but it's carb storage and water. I know everyone knows this. But, I had to learn it the hard way. I compete every year or so and it gives me a good marker of how much I've improved- because when you strip all that excess fat and water away you're left with the "real" gains. And, poundage-wise, it hasn't been much in the last couple years, just bits of added quality and so forth.
 
Well, if you gained 30lbs on your first cycle and only an inch on the second, have you considered that you may have over trained while on the second cycle? It is a possibility. Especially if you trained twice as hard. I know that was kind of a figure of speech because you couldnt have trained twice as hard if you gained 30 freaking pounds you first and kept it. Also stress could be a factor. No Offense Intended Ever
