What the hell is going on

I am doing a Test E Cycle 500mg a week, 1-10 weeks and dbol 30mg ev for weeks 1-4

But I started doing the Dbols like 3 weeks before my first shot because I didn't have the Test E yet,


I have been taking 30mg ed for 3 weeks and didn't really notice a difference, they are the 5mg pills, pink hexagons, I was 165 before i started dieting, and now that i've been dieting and eating less carbs and higher protiens i went down to 161, but i've been staying at this wieght, I eat atleast 195+ grams of protien a day plus some complex carbs, and plenty plenty of water

I thought by now I would notice some difference, and i'm not that much stronger either, I 've been lifting hard atleast 5 times a week, sleeping good, eating perfect, and I am seeing results but only results that i would gain naturally from this lifestyle, I would expect to gain ATLEAST 5 pounds by now even if it was water wieght
 
something is definitely wrong here bro.....you probably aren't eating enough but i would still say you should have gained some weight....at least water......maybe you got bunk shit...:(
 
yup dbol and test after a few weeks would give me at least 10lbs increase, even if it is mostly water... prob got fake stuff.. how many cals u taken in?

What are your stats? I think your calories are too light but not enough do not have enough information.

Sounds like you have an ectomorph body type, up the calories. If i'm wrong here, you probably have fake dbol.
 
you're cals are waaaayyyy low, unless your trying to cut up or something. i eat 4500 a day when bulking. what adout other sides??? you'll know if it's bunk gear not only by the results, but by the side effects. how long has it been since you started the test e??
 
Why start your cycle before you have everything? Makes no sense.. But its obvious your not eating enough.. Should be eating 6-7 times a day..
 
I would bet your shit is fake. Personally 25MG a day with a bad diet i would get at least 5 if not 10 pound. You should at least gain water weight even if not gaining any mass.
Hopefully the test is not from the same source.
 
Bro, that sounds like a cutting diet- not even close to a bulker. Where did you get 1800-2000 cals/day from for a baseline? Bump for a diet guy, Mr. X?
 
You should be eating double the amount what you are doing now.. My girlfriend takes in 2000 calories and she is dieting for a show.
 
Agree w/ all the above. Try 3000-4000 cal/day if you're bulking. And get that dbol checked. It's been a while but I remember a post saying you could drop a dbol tab in sulfuric acid and it should turn red if it's legit. That statement could be total bullshit. Ask around and someone should be able to verify what I'm telling you. It was a long time ago when I read it.

Ive lost weight on dbol everyone reacts different,why i keep saying every body dose's different when using AAS except clueless people...Try naps you could have garbage

IMO, your calorie intake is way, WAY too low.....unless you are like 5'3" and weigh about 100lbs???? Personally, when I am trying to gain, I take in between 4,000-5,000 calories a day (depending on the point I am at in my cycle) (lower in the begining, and as I keep gaining, I keep taking more and more in every couple weeks) Anyway, try to up your calories to AT LEAST 3,500 per day and see what happens.

Another thing.... With you eating so little and working out so hard, you could just be losing fat and gaining muscle in its place... would explain the 'just sitting still' part...

I wouldn't fool with d'bol if I was cutting (I'm guessing because you're only taking in 1800 cals) with that few of cals. If I was I would still look to gain wait early with the d'bol then kick in the cutting diet. You need to be at 3000+ calories bro.
 
I agree you need to up the cals but on the other hand, my gains come very hard and when I took d bol I would gain like no other. Sounds to me that you might have some bad gear but up the cals and see what happens. GOOD LUCK

Twice a week? Just curious, how do you go about that? Do you do upper body one day and then the other do lower???

I am cutting summer is one 1 month, I've read that people are succesful in cutting with test E, and dbol, and in the winter I was eating 3,000 to 4,000 calories, and now its summer High protien low complex carbs
 
I am seeing good results from the cutting I lost a good amount of flab over my lower abs and they are coming out more, with this diet, and I am mainting my strenght, usaully with this diet i'd be losing strengh, so maybe the dbols are working somewhat, but still I am eating good I would notice some difference

Same here. Squats only on one day and flat/incline/upright bench press the other day. Have not trained back or biceps in 8-9 months. Otherwise that would be day 3 (wide grip pull ups or bent rows, and bicep curls). It does not have to be complicated. And you do not have to live in the gym to look good.

You do have to pray before and after every squat workout, however. It should never be like a walk in the park. :)

The bottom line is if you don't eat enough...your muscles will get smaller...it does not matter if you are on gear or not....You could take 2 grams each week of test, but if you do not eat enough food, then your muscles will DECREASE in size and strength.
What can you expect from 1800 cals per day...Hell I lose muscle mass at 2800 cals per day.

Just remember, you will not gain anything...strength or size if you don't eat enough food.

1800-2000 calories is enough to maintain your muscle if you are taking steroids which should maintain your muscle. I think shrimpo is just aimless. He wants to cut up but is wondering why he's not gaining weight and strength when his calories are half of what he was eating in the winter.
 
General concensus= Lots of food+ heavy lifting=growth

If you aint growin, you aint eatin

day 1: arms
day 2: delts and chest
day 3: back
day 4: legs

I keep it simple. monday is day 1. thursday is day 2. then next week monday is day 3 and thursday is day 4 :) Then cycle starts again :) Its ok for guys who doesnt have enough time to hit the gym 5days per week :)

Those are maintenance caolories, you should be double that. To get big you have to eat big.

The big question I'm going to ask is why are you expecting to GAIN WEIGHT... if you are trying TO CUT? You say your diet is perfect but you are trying to cut on 1800 cals and you weigh 165 pounds. I dont think gear is for you at this point... not flaming, just my imo bro

I did something similiar to this last summer. I thought it was quite effective.. I trained every body part once every 10-14 days.. I rested more, and did an hour of cardio on off days..
