I just cant be happy in a job,I had found a career I loved,but work dried up and I needed to survive so I had to take a crap security job, now I just quit that and moved on to a pre fab construction job, first day was today and fuck I hate it too, Im fucking sore all over,and Im in good shape, nobody is willing to train me,they just yell when I fuck up and make me do it again,then bitch that im slowing everyone down, they are anti social pricks due to this,and im just miserable.

what the hell is my issue, I like to work and keep busy but I just cant find a fit.

Im seriously considering not going in tomorrow and going to a temp agency to get work until I can land a permanent position somewhere I want.

any advice guys

One day isn't long enough to judge. Stay through the week and see if you still feel the same. You're probably young and part of being young is starting out at the bottom of the ladder. If you see potential to move up then work your ass off and make a go of it. if not then you can keep working and earning while looking for something else.

I asked so many questions they just got annoyed and began to be smart asses, rolling their eyes etc. I have some experience as in I wont cut my fucking arm off with tools or whatever but this type of construction I know fuck all about.

What job do you LOVE? Other jobs are to get bye on. If you truely loved the other, you have to find it again. If it will never be available again, you will have to find another. Work in general sucks, unless you truely love what you do. The things I love to do i could never make a living at (mostly because I stink at doing it). I loved doing strike security and private investigation,it was amazing,lots of travel etc,however there isnt always work in it as labour disputes arent a constant thing, I know I want law enforcement but not some shitty low rung security job for peanuts.

Yes sir. Just hang in there. Your life is going just the way mine was at your age. I couldnt hold a job because I hated all of them. I thought I was doomed for failure the rest of my life. All I cared about was working out, chasing women, being with friends, family. Hell, nothing's changed. LOL

I went to college and found out that i was really smart when I applied myself, then I began to question the value of college and life and I dropped out. I was always quitting things because I guess I never found a niche. After continually failing and finally feeling guilty for disappointing my parents, I joined the service. Quit that too, couldn't take orders and didn't like being told that I could not be an agnostic. I've never felt comfortable around people and I think that's always been my biggest obstacle. I would sit by myself in a corner at Sunday school. I know I am different, but I accept that now. I had pretty much given up on life (I used to fantacise about driving off of a cliff at real high speed and just disappearing) when I started going out with my ex wife. That changed everything. She made me want to live although I was still very negative and my negativity got on her nerves at times. Okay bro. I hoped this helps some. Much more to tell. I have a child now, so I have plenty of reason to live and I've learned to accept myself for the way I am and I will never give up, I will continue to fight until the end. The story is not over yet. DO NOT GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!

Stick with it....it will give you "character" when you stay and fight!
