What the fuck is up with delivery confirmation?!

Does it suck?? My "friend" said he recieved my money but delivery confirmation shows that it hasn't even gotten there yet. He recieved it 2 days ago and delivery confirmation still shows nothing at all. is this normal?

Yes this is very normal and especially around this time of year.. they just haven't input the data as yet..

It has taken as long a 2 weeks after the mail was delivered.

I mailed a letter the other day via priority mail to a city in the same state that I'm in. It took 5 days to get there and the delivery confirmation said the the item didn't exists until the day it was delivered.

I watched CNN on the other day-- Postal Services are getting evlauated by the Government-- 'BOUT TIME!

Also says that about 50% of the thousands of postal offices are in (short) defient in budget and revenues generated from mail services--
