Will someone please answer the fucking question????
On another note I was looking for a book that gives detailed meal plan for someone looking to be a contender for example a meal plan for bulking and shredding:
Example:
Meal 1 800am blah blah
meal 2 1000 am blah blah
meal 3 ect.....
I want a book that will give a diet plan for about a month worth of eating in the bulk and cutting cycles.So I dont have to come up with original thoughts here. Basically I work 40hrs a week and just started taking cypinate and want to increase bulk size with no thought on nutrition side. I just want the basic meal plan Im tired of trying to do the protien math and take a log and all that shit. GET IT??
