WHAT THE F**k? Lost 5lbs after week 1 of cycle.

Don't trip, Ryan. If you are juicing and running you are going to keep or even gain muscle, while at the same time losing fat.

You may not see this until all the water from the decca and test comes off post cycle. I'm on 750mg test/week now and my socks leave dents in my ankles, so I know I am carrying a lot of water. I'm actually down in weight because I'm dieting. But, my strength is up, so I know I'm not losing muscle.
 
Hello? Did you ever think your weight loss might be due to your chronic use of crystal meth? Duh!
 
I am now drug free except for roids, May.

I DO NOT HAVE A HABIT, BPB.

I ONLY use drugs when I party....Geez....
 
IMO drop the running completely. Whenever trying to gain as much mass as possible and if you're consuming enough calories, you will gain some bodyfat. It's impossible to stay lean while bulking in my opinion. You're just burning away calories running that should be used for building mass.

I'm just going to watch the carbs, take in alot of protein, and if I swell up, I just swell up......

I might run 2 or 3 times weekly, like Buck recommended.

I was hoping to reach 220.....
