What sups/vitamins to take with test ...

I've seen studies showing that certain anabolics decrease vitamins and minerals in your system. Obviously, for a mass cycle I need mega protein, but what else? Creatine? Vitamin b complex?
 
they are decreased because you're body is using them more than usual when on, so a multi is essential. creatine, glutamine are great for post workout. some preworkout supps like amp02 is great. liver detox supps are key as well.
 
b vitamins for me, I sweat so much when working out on cycle and drink so much water i flush out the b vitamins , I take a b 100 complex 2 times a day really seems to help out. I NOTICE after a few days if i am not taking it I loose some endurance in the gym
 
10 mgs of Aromasen Every other Day
7 grams Creatine or 4 grams of RawMCC daily
1 multivitamin

ps LOTS of chicken breasts
