Multi Vitamin
Creatine
Whey Protein
Bridge

Since these supps are very simple and basic, I don't think the why will be necessary.

When doing what I'm supposed to:

Whey protein, Casein protein, Egg protein. (to switch up aminos, taste texture etc..)
Creatine monohydrate (I feel the original is the best way to go.. no chemical cocktails for me most of the time.)
CoQ10. (this helps keep my blood pressure down, it also keeps away most of my occasional heart palpitations and stuff.)
Multi Vitamin - I use Andrew Lessmans (not sure if that's 100% on spelling) He doesn't use any artificial vitamins, natural forms.. none of the other bullshit you don't want either... Like aluminum, magnesium sterate... etc..
I also like arginine products.. like NO2 and Nitrix.. but they cost quite a bit so I often get arginine drink mixes and take them several times a day instead.

if you want spot target fat loss for cheap then Alpha t2 is the way to go, you will see results in days.

Anyone doing a cycle should be using N2GUARD. And everybody, no matter what, should use GEAR. The rest can be customized to suit your needs, but those two are staples.

Multivitamin
Whey protein
Myofusion protein (nightime)
Omega3-6-9
Cla
Creatine
Anabolic window
Liquid amino acids
Hemotropin
Glutamine
Nitrix

I think 1 of the most important supplements are the fatty acids (Omega3-6-9,CLA).People tend to shy away from fats in their diet, classing all fats as unhealthy due to lack of education.Fatty acids play many vital roles in the body,I use them year round. I also find glutamine is very good at keeping the body from entering a catabolic state,we use up most of natural glutamine during excercise and it needs to be replenished after each workout for optimal results.

Replace the multi with DX7.

Replace the whey, Anabolic Window, myofusion, creatine and omega's with BIG BLAST

Replace the Glutamine and liquid aminos with GEAR

Replace the Nitrix and hemotropin with BRIDGE.

MUCH better!

And it'll cost about 25% less.

Not much:
Protein powder
Vitamin D 1200 IU- I live in Canada and it's winter
Calcium 650- for bone density
Betaine HCL 650 with pepsin- to aid digestion

Animal pack
Extra vit c
Extra vit E
Whey Protein with amino profile
Homorage on lifting days switching to N2KTS tomorrow when it arrives.
(local home brew fat burner has synephrene and clen makes me shake like mike j fox)
I don't honestly believe supplements do shit other than replace a shaky diet maybe...

You have a limited understanding of supplements. In regard to nutritional insurence, yeah...but if you're a bodybuilder, it's another world altogether.

I too dislike stimulants. BTW. But if you added things like BIG BLAST, UNLEASHED, BRIDGE, GEAR -- depending on your goals, you'd be amazed how much better you'd progress -- as long as your training is on point.

UP your vitaminD, studies show that 4000 is what is usually needed when you are leaving in area with low sunlight.
