I used to have a 28 inch waist...about 5 years back...now I measure in at almost 24.

At my fattest, a 38. These days I wear 32 and I need a belt to hold 'em up. That's at 6', 195, 13%.

ALthough, i have the feeling I'm getting fatter due to my diet; courtesy of McDonalds drive-thru.

I'm with Wyst. Never measured and never had jeans by waist size. But, I was a size 12 have held solid at a 4 for quite a few years! Thinking that must be a good 3-4 inch difference.
