Usually i get looks of respect and intrege off the bloke but the girls hardly even bother having a second look. Do all girls like little faggots these days?

Maybe you are just real ugly? Just kidding!! I think that most girls won't stare out of respect for the little guy. Maybe they just dont look because they know if they do the little guy will give her a bunch of shit later, and its just not worth it to her. Who know's? every girl is different.

I agree, a lot of girls are turned off by body builders because most of them are vain. A girl wants you to look at her, not at your self in the mirror. I think the key is to play down your physique, rather than try and flaunt it. Just my opinion though, what do I know?

On a related note to the topic. I have really never had this problem. I've always had a really good frame. When I put on mass on, i never look too big. right now I am at 206 with just above 7% BF.

I've always turned heads pretty good... *ducks from the flames!*

Well, I've always said I am 6'2"... but in all reality im 6'1" and 3/4ths! hehe.
I was 6.2% before I started my current cycle. The lowest I have ever been was mid 4% back in college... and boy boy boy I was ripped heh. That was at 216 pounds too.

I have recently gotten majorly motivated to get back into game-shape. Im debating trying out for an Arena League football team here in town. A few of my old teamates are on the team and keep buggin me to come try out. So with that thought kinda bouncin around in my head this year, I decided to get off my ass and get back in shape.

Ha, ha...I just assumed that it was a guy that posted this. I had to double-check, that would have been funny.

I'm 5'8 at 195-200lbs and about a 12% bf. I dont bragging in the slightest bit; but I dont really have a problem getting girls. Then again, I dont think im big either...bigger than most people but not big in my eyes.

This might sound a little "after school special", but you need to stick with who you are. Do what you like to do. Don't mold yourself to fit what you think the girls might like. Girls at your age are super immature. They have no fucking idea what the difference is between their elbow and their asshole is when it comes to guys. I think girls like a guy who is lean and toned, a little muscular but not huge, but most of all who looks healthy, fit and capable. Girls generally do not like freakish, huge monsters with every striation, cut and vein popping out! Add to that girls like a guy who is confident, positive and well-put together emotionally, including being a good listener. Being intelligent and having a good job also never hurt.

If you have all these things, you should be having a hard time keeping the girls off you!

Overall I suspect most women prefer a slightly muscular but lean look. Freaky-sized muscles are a little intimidating and can cause women to make negative assumptions about your personality and lifestyle. More important than looks are your confidence, personality and dress style. I like a man to weigh more than I do. I lift, so I'm 5'8" and about 155 lbs. I like a sizable man. Can't be shorter than me and must weigh at least 185lbs to 220lbs. Not fat either. Good mass and tone. You mustn't be built like a billiard ball with legs. Don't be vain and narcisistic. A lot of guys who look good are caught up with themselves - stay humble and the girls will flock to you. We like the cute shy guys - don't be overly shy. I find myself attracted to thicker guys... in my entire life i've had one date with a guy that was actually very lean but thin. He was a doll but just not my type physically. Someone mentioned shy guys.....eh, I don't care for that either. I don't want a guy I can push around. Confidence is a must, but OVERLY confident usually means the guy has issues and needs to make himself known to feel like a "big man". Not attractive.

Most women aren't trained to give men second looks (at least that you'll see). We are trained to let the man be the agressor so we may like what we see, but aren't about to let you know. We want you to be first to show interest, whether it be in a second look, or an actually approach.

As a woman, I like a muscular, strong, confident man with alot of wit and humor. See, to woman, it's more than just the look. But for the the purpose of your question, I'm a fan of wide shoulders and back, very masculine look. Not the smaller male fitness model look you see alot in magazines. Anything under 200 lbs. is not my interest.

Well, I'll weigh in - what do you want? Just getting laid regularly - it's easier to buy it on the street. Getting a long-term GF? Depends on the lady, but it has been said that "Guys turn on with the eyes, gals turn on with the ears." (Why do you think the French have such a reputation? Is physique worth something? Yeah, but only with a great personality and a 'let's see if there's something more between us than a hot lay' attitude. I've been hit on by the 'hottest dude around' - what an idiot!

Of course, if you're looking for the mother lode - a faithful, honest, hot, great attitude, fun little broad to MARRY and have kids and grow old together with - personality all the way, baby. After all, get a tough job, get hurt or get sick and all that muscle could do the ol' fat stuff trick - better be something there OTHER than body or she's gonna walk! (and of course, if SHE'S all that, she's looking for the same out of YOU! You got what it takes on the inside?)

We like physical looks, but in a 'wow, nice piece of artwork' way, rather than a 'holy cow, I wanna sleep with that' way. Most of us can admire ladies as well as men - because it is an aesthetic thing. And of course, there are the two schools of women - the one that likes the 'androgynous' dude and the one that likes the 'rough, craggy, manly' dude. Just like taste in art or music, women have taste in preferred 'type'.

There is, finally, (sorry for the book . .) a safety issue. I'm 135lbs soaking wet, with no self-defense training. It is a huge amount safer for me to consider a 160lb guy than a 210lb guy - I might have a chance if he decides he wants more than I've given out. So, moral of the story for big guys? Be the kind of person that 'feels safe' to be around. Doesn't mean you've got to be a pussy, but kind, yes, strong to defend, not strong to destroy.

PS. This is kind of academic for me, since I'm 12 years happily married to my childhood sweetheart, who is also my workout partner and the greatest guy alive! Yes, bod was somewhat important (like, I decided to marry him the first time I saw him with his shirt off . .) but we were ski bums together and dirtbike buddies before the sparks ever flew.

I am just over 6 ft 2, at 235 lbs and I am very lean; I have a 32 inch waist and I get more ass than a toilet seat. But, when I was walking around at 270-275, I hardly ever even had a little honey flirt with me! I do think that for the most part, the ladies don't like guys to be freakishly big.

I disagree, in my experience which is only college, all of the hottest girls end up with the best looking guys. If I see an amazing girl with an ugly guy, odds are I can take her.

Depends on the broad. Some like big guys, so like pencil necks. TBH I used wheel alot more broads when I was like 190 and just had abs and big arms.

I don't find men that are not at least 50lbs more than me attractive (I'm currently 131). That number will go up when I reach my goal weight. My current boyfriend is 210lbs (the first guy I ever dated that was over 200) and I absolutely love his size. I don't think I would want anything bigger than that. Whether he has abs is irrelevant (abs are important to him). I rather the guy be able to go running with me & be fit. Low BF% & lbs and lbs of muscle don't mean anything to me if your ass can't run at least a mile.

I second that opinion... but I mean if you are after girls who are not into weight training then you have selected the skinny frail sometimes fat girl. So you are telling all of us girls on EF that girls who just get breast implants and lose body fat are the hottest with no muscle tone? She just looks skinny with fake boobs to me. To me muscle tone has to be in the right places. I like well defined legs and abs, tone arms, and DEFINITELY Butt. Girls with traps and big arms just aren't that apealing for some strange reason? Anyways yes, skinny plus fake boobs = hot. But abs+tone legs+perfect ass = hotter.

Btw the girl earlier, Jen Sterger, doesn't have the abs but that is my ideal in the way of size atleast. She could definitely tone up abs and quads, but bulk up? Hell no.
