what shouldnt you do when on gear?

New to the board, so sorry for posting something that has maybe been discussed ad nauseum. Ive been lurking for only 2 days and got caught up lookin at natglutes and the other beutiful women in the pics section.....lol.

Anyway, is there anything that you shouldnt do when on a cycle besides what ive heard, such as ETOH, chewing gum so you dont look like a chipmunck (is this true?), etc. I have never done a cycle but am considering it.

huh, whats etoh. sorry if this is common knowledge or something. chewing gum thing is a myth. biggest thing is probably not to drink. a beer or two is ok but not a 12 pack every weekend.
 
for those 12 or 10 weeks, have no life. workout hard as fuck. sleep long as hell. eat as much as you can. if you find time to do anything else in this time, your not gonna get the best gains you can.
 
Drinking smokes my gains. I have a powerlifter buddy who actually thinks drinking makes him stronger. I think it is bullshit but at his last meet he benched 645lb at 243lb so mabey there is something to it for him.
 
trailor got most of it down.... the way i look at it is that this my hard earned money that i spent to buy the gear and for that reason i do everything possible to get every single penny out of what i bought... meaning i dont do anything that could lessen the results of a cycle.

i dont look at it as juice i look at it as just another (stronger supplement) that way you get less paranoid at the start. good friend told me that before my first cycle, great advice IMO.
 
as for your buddy who drinks and thinks he is getting stronger.......alcohol causes you to lose water and also causes a release of dopamine, and from a post i read earlier on bromocriptine, maybe thats why he feels that way. But the dopamine release is temporary followed by a bigger downer than the high
