I'm on a CKD and I start my refeed tonight. I'm craving anything and everything.

cardio daily allows for this

im eating 3 slices of deli meats, a whole apple with ANPB, scoop of whey, and im going to do 20 rep squats then some other shit and finish with 15 min of cardio
no joose at the moment
proly 15 run miles and 10 hike miles a week for work

pack eggs/potatoes/ pb bagel for on work bfast (ceral and protein when i get up)
400 cal protein bar
lunch (sandwich, carb usually baked beans, fruit)
granola bar
tuna
eat that daily at work in that order throughout the day.

i should do cardio and be ultra ripped. i just too lazy

i think diet is alot of bs, though... i stick to the idea to just eat a shitton, and your body adapts to that, then eat a little less, you lose some weight/fat then your body adapts to that, then eat more, u gain, body adapts to that, etc
but iv never been in competition shape, but when i juiced i always looked awsome. post some pics bino or link me to ur progress pics thread please
