what should I eat?

I'm on a CKD and I start my refeed tonight. I'm craving anything and everything.

I really want sushi for some reason.
 
i can eat pasta and pancakes everyday and i have ab veins.
cardio daily allows for this

are u on steroids?

how much cardio are we talkin?

im eating 3 slices of deli meats, a whole apple with ANPB, scoop of whey, and im going to do 20 rep squats then some other shit and finish with 15 min of cardio

no joose at the moment
proly 15 run miles and 10 hike miles a week for work
 
what do u eat while on the trail

pack a lunch for the day.
pack eggs/potatoes/ pb bagel for on work bfast (ceral and protein when i get up)
400 cal protein bar
lunch (sandwich, carb usually baked beans, fruit)
granola bar
tuna

eat that daily at work in that order throughout the day.

thats alot of food, i think u do well nugga

i think diet is alot of bs, though... i stick to the idea to just eat a shitton, and your body adapts to that, then eat a little less, you lose some weight/fat then your body adapts to that, then eat more, u gain, body adapts to that, etc


but iv never been in competition shape, but when i juiced i always looked awsome. post some pics bino or link me to ur progress pics thread please

held that look for the most part though i lost some mass in my legs from cardio

I like to carb up on rice crispy treats, pizza, ice cream, oreos, poptarts, and fruity pebbles. You should eat yourself into a carb coma. I bet you'd swell up 5-10 pounds and be in the negative by next carb up.

I got pretty ripped on a keto-ish diet with a once a week shitload this past spring. I'm gonna run the same diet next spring with the addition of tren lol
 
Pizza, cheetos, bread sticks, marinara, garlic bread, tacos, mashed potatoes and gravy, biscuits and gravy, basically anything w/ gravy :) shit dude the list is endless

now I'm salivating....
