What should I do??

Hi, my stats are 5'10 ,194 pound, body fats is a bit high it is around 19% Training 4 day a week, and doing cardio 6 time a week for an hours. Hey guy's what should I do? I'm doing a cutting cycle with anavar and clen. Should I do?

1. High intensety rep to failure
2. medium intensety 12-15 reps per set
3. medium intensety 10-12 reps per set

i belive in keeping the rep range the same no matter what yu are doing. if you start doing light weight high rep for a longer period of time, you will loose muscle size. thats what i belive anyway
