Bro, youve got to do 4 things to achieve the results you want. I'll list them in order although I think they are NEARLY just as important as the next. #1 EAT (every 3 hours and if you really want results get up in the middle of the night and slam a protein shake) #2 bust your ass in the gym. This doesn't mean go every day for 3 hours a day. Get in there for an hour and work out with total intensity and drive. I'd say for you go with a 4 day split. Mon and Thurs do legs, back and bi's and Tues and Fri do chest, shoulders and tris. Do this untill you plateau then drop to each body part once per week. #3 Rest. Most people don't get results because they under eat and over train. You grow when you rest not when you lift so get lots of sleep and take at least 2 if not 3 days off from the gym per week. #4 drink water and lots of it. At least a gallon per day. This is critical so don't neglect your need for water. Do these things for a year and you'll be amazed at your transformation. Then if you're not satisfied do a gram of test per week and 30mg of dbol per day, maybe mix in 600mg of deca and you'll become an addict like I am.
