what should i do for my first cycle

Nice cycle by bodybyfinaplix. That is a good solid cycle for a first timer. But you gotta get yourself a solid foundation. I went all out in the gym and had a strict diet for 4 years before I touched any AAS. That doesnt even count the 5 years prior to that, that I worked out casually. Dont be too quick to jumo on bro. You can make nice gains with a lot of clean calories and protein. Creatine and glutamine work wonders for strength and size gains. But post your stats. Do a lot of research on AAS while you are making those natural gains. Then decide what you want to do. You will have a lot of knowledge and a great foundation. Good luck bro.

Yeah i agree w/u guys 100%...at the age of 26 I weighted 240lbs..5'7...i had a collapsed lung. Dr. said w/ my high colesteral, i was a walking heartattack. Since Nov 2003 till June2004 all i was doing was cardio. I went from 240 to 181. I have been lifting weights since then...4 days a week...1 week out 2 month period, i do cardio all week. June 2004 to present. 181-194. I have been playing around w/ the idea of Giving myself that extra boost, only reason is that i feel like im in a slump right now. I have tried to switch up my workout..diet..but nothing. I have been reading these forums for a week now. Damn good stuff. Im thinking about d-bol w/ winstrol depot, and top it off w/ cytomel. Dunno...

Get your diet and training in check first, and build a solid natural foundatoin. For a first timer I think 200 mg of test ena/cyp a week stacked with 200 mg of eq or 200 mg a deca a week for 10-12 weeks is perfect.
Agreed, but you forgot about dbol. :chomp:

I would be careful killerklong. If you do decide to do it(AAS) I would let my doc know so he can keep a good monitor on your old ticker and cholesterol and other things bc AAS will affect your levels. Blood pressure etc. With a pre-existing condition I would be extra careful. But congrats on the improvements man. That is awesome. Especially with what you were up against(collapsed lung and all) Keep reading bro.

Oh yes most deff...i visited the Dr 2 months ago..complete 180. LMAO old ticker..im 26, but yeah the cholesterol and all my blood levels are normal now. That was also one of my main concerns, even the thought of using gear. But I confided in my Dr. of course he wasnt happy. He just told me before i start on the AAS, to get bloodwork. and after 4-6 weeks come back to check me again. He's old as hell...but he understands.

BTW...my BF% is 19.5%...how tha hell can i get that down. Any supps to help?

I may be beating a dead horse but don't do it. You have done nothing to prepare yourself. Would you train to box for two months and then step in the ring against a pro?
You need to get your diet 100% in check, get a proper training routine and implement it. If you do that you will get better gains than you ever imagined with AAS.
Your friends probably have no idea what they are doing and are not maximizing their potential... they are limiting it.
If you do what the brothers on this board say and eat right, work out right for a year or so.. completely dedicated... you may be ready. Until then you are waisting you time, money and health.
We are hear to help you. It is just alarming when people come on here and want to use AAS right off the bat like they are some miracle drug. Using AAS is the last piece to the puzzle my friend!
Don't listen to your buddies.. listen to us. We will get you to your goals and fast and healthy as possible!

You need to revamp your diet completely bro. Makre sure you get at least 6 (10-12 is better) clean meals a day. Cut out your refined carbs and replace them with low GI one's, and increase your EFA intake, primarily n-3. What does your diet look like right now?

well everyone thanks for the help im not going to do them for a while it looks liek i got alot more shit to do first. but can anyone help me wit a good diet and a good work out routine. do u guys think i should be taking any supplements or anythign like. stats. im 20years old, 165, 6'2, i don't knwo my bf ( i don't think its much thos im prety skiny) i eat alot during the day but mostly nothign thats good for u i wana change that.

God this must get old for you guys that have been here awhile.

surfen316, you are "NOT" ready. Everyone has given you good advice. I would check out the supplements and diet forums here for that kind of info.

Train hard enough for a couple years, and PALEASE make sure you eat alot of healthy nutritious protein rich food everyday or you won't gain much without it.
