That's DBBT? I don't ever critisize pictures because no matter how big you are (I'm not claiming to be big) there is always somebody bigger AND leaner. But, that picture shows a guy that's a recreational lifter at best. Diet and consistency is no part of his program and that is completely evident in the picture. With the stuff that come across EF from DBBT I would have expected a very solid physique not one that would fall in the range of "average to below average" at any gym. Very disappointing.
