I'm just back at school after being able to train 5 days a week during summer. I did a push, pull, legs routine that I saw decent gains off of, but nothing special. Now that class has started, the only days I can workout for certain are Tues and Wed and either Fri, Sun (sometimes both). I was interested in Starr's 5x5, but don't think I can do it Tues and Wed (wouldn't that be overtraining?) I wondered if you guys had any suggestions to fit those days. Thinking of just doing squat day, chest day, dead day, and then starting over. Thanks
