Hello I Have been lifting for about a yr, and i just took the summer off(just lifted occasinaly)... And Im starting up in a few weeks, I like lifting Mon Tues Thurs Fri... thats what i did b4 atleast... Im not nessicary looking for lots of mass, I want mass but im looking for lots of defention mainly... Ive been looking over the training programs(sticky) and i was wonder what you guys think would be the best program to use.. thanks
