What Program Is Best To Use?

Hello I Have been lifting for about a yr, and i just took the summer off(just lifted occasinaly)... And Im starting up in a few weeks, I like lifting Mon Tues Thurs Fri... thats what i did b4 atleast... Im not nessicary looking for lots of mass, I want mass but im looking for lots of defention mainly... Ive been looking over the training programs(sticky) and i was wonder what you guys think would be the best program to use.. thanks

definition will be the result of your food intake and usually your cardio work (energy expenditure). dont look to a lifting program to gain definition.
 
I think the 5x5 is great, especially if you haven't been lifting long. It works well with a 4 day split, too.
 
A good custom program designed by you and a good diet shall do the trick.

You will need to experiment to see what works best for you.
 
the heavy intense program always works, whatever it is make sure it isnt easy by any means. just find out what your body can take and dont overtrain. thats the hard part.
 
A lot of things will work for u u just have to try them out. i know WSB works wonders for strength but I train DC now and love it.

Yep. I think the best program is one that you design for yourself.
