Dunno, I just always liked their sound, the combo of scratching,rapping,screaming and guitar riffs.

I like harder stuff to, just right now I'm diggin on LP.

i dont know about wanting to 'break things', but bands like tool, radiohead, nin, apc, and the deftones definitely elicit an emotional response in me.

LOL. I almost included them, but I don't actually own any of their stuff. I had "Fay Beyond Driven" for awhile, but gave it to a buddy.

Tool is one that I meant to add also. That's the one I listen to the most, actually.
