What kind of supps is everyone taking nowadays

I knew it! That's why none of the sponsors can sell ephedrine for half of what gas stations do and still make a killing profit.

Okay, jeez -- so we have a total of:

1) Ephedrine HCl;
2) Ephedra, herbal, with std'd alkaloids;
3) Norephedrine, I believe as HCl salt, of the short-lived NYC stack;
4) Pseudoephedrine, of Sudafed;
5) Ephedrine SO4, which I haven't tried before;
6) Synephrine HCl, with a slightly different name;
7) Phenylephrine.

Holy crap, lol. Am I missing anything from the eph list?

Yeah, I've never tried synephrine, so I can't comment. But I've taken eph HCl for over ten years, so I know that stuff like the back of my hand. I should try it.

This would be significant to me, ITO differences: "to a lesser degree the beta receptors, which can increase heart rate and contractility. It appears that synephrine' primary action, though, is through activation of the beta-3 adrenergic receptors that are found on fat cells, thus promoting weight loss by breakdown of fat." So it would appear that the two substances have a slightly different mechanisms... but I don't know the specific mechanism of synephrine. Comparing to ephedrine, whos general mechanism is thus:

"Ephedrine is a sympathomimetic amine - that is, its principal mechanism of action relies on its indirect action on the adrenergic receptor system, which is part of the sympathetic nervous system or SNS. Whilst it may have weak agonist activity at α- and β-adrenergic receptors, the principal mechanism is to displace norepinephrine from storage vesicles in presynaptic neurons. The displaced norepinephrine is released into the neuronal synapse where it is free to activate the postsynaptic adrenergic receptors.

Ephedrine's mechanism of action on neurotransmission in the brain is wide. Its action as an agonist at most major norepinephrine receptors and its ability to induce moderate stimulation of the release of both dopamine and to a lesser extent, serotonin, is presumed to have a major role in its mechanism of action."

Synephrine:

Where the only differences are the alcohol group on the fourth carbon of the benzene molecule and the methyl group on the whatever-it's-name-is chain. So they're not too different structurally.

dude, synephrine wouldnt be that bad if it wasnt for the significant spike in BP as compared to other ephedra like products.

How would you personally compare the two compounds with respect to CNS stimulation, thermogenesis, and [if you can tell] bronchodilation?

Is the BP spike anything serious for a healthy, early 20's male?

For me the deal breaker is the vasoconstriction that occurs when taking synephrine. Lemme find the article I posted on one of needto's threads. I know synephrine seems to be gold for thermogenesis, but the other things I'd need to look up.

I realize that's not taken directly from pubmed, but I'm sure you could corroborate the assertions made in that article with a simple pubmed search...

Good stuff man, makes me sweat like a pig... Not sure what temp to brew it at though.

What greens product do you carry? I just buy the cheap GNC pills right now. I want the actual Greens+ pills/powder like John Berardi recommends.

we have the Miracle Greens and the Miracle Reds. We can't keep the Greens in stock. Those are probabably one of our best selling products. We have 3 different sizes.
