what kind of money do MMAers and Boxers make

whats up guys, im new to this thread so my first post will be something im more familiar with ...
UFC salaries is not to bad, if you are at the top of the food chain ...
For example in UFC -
Randy Coutore makes about 150,000 to show and another 75,000 to win - that was UFC 49 i think rematch with belfort but only a few make this much as in 6 digit figures such as Ortiz, Belfort, Mir and Abbott
Then there are some fighter such as Liddell, Arlovski and Sylvia that make about 50,000 to show and 50,000 to win
The rest usually make about 2,000-5,000 to show and 2,000-5,000 to win

Pride is pretty much the same or a bit more salary except that lower end fighter get payed decently as well around say 10,000-20,000... although rumor has it that silva (pride champion) sign a 3 fight deal worth about a million or about 333,000 a fight .....

Boxing makes millions because they are much more mainstream .....

Pay Salaries for events in Nevada are pubically shown about a week after the event if you really want to know...

If you're a good boxer, I don't think even yourself would want to run the risk of injury if fighting MMA. Boxers can make some good money, especially if you can get on the undercard at a PPV event. And don't forget sponserships!

well I'd like to be a good boxer
but I'd also like to try my hand at MMA
damnit..
I can probubly do some MMA before I get into Boxing because I assume it'll take me awhile to get good enough in boxing to where a Promoter will want to sign me

Actaully MMA fighters do make decent money. I fight MMA all the time and make between $5,000 and 10,000 a fight and I'm pretty much a nobody. Top fighters in the UFC make closer to high 6 figures and some make 7 figures a year.

a friend of mine said he thinks I could fight well amauterly in 3 or 4 years and pro 2 or 3 after that
now he only saw me one day so that's probubly a pretty rough estimate
but I thought I'd mention it
