Also made some extra bucks haying here and there in high school; a farmer my football coach knew paid really well..ten bucks an hour for a student back in 1991-1992 was great money. I think he figured it was cheaper to hire really strong and fit football players that could work fast and pay them a little more per hour, rather than paying more physically average kids for more hours at a lower rate.

Worked the killing floor at a sluaghter house at age 17 .That was the oddest job
Was not old enough to slice the cows up or pigs.
I mainly just hung up the bodies and rolled them into the freezer and rolled them into the trucks.
