about two yrs ago i entered the work environment which contained wimmen for the first time since working in a bank during high school.
it hasn't been the most pleasent experience to say the least.
it seems like wimmen have an axe to grind with men, wether they are below them or above them...if they are below them they will do anything to claw their way above them...this often entails using their genitalia (not in a sexual way) to get above(i'm a poor wimmen give me a promotion or you are sexist/racist)...if they are above them they put on a tuff girl front so not to seem weak.
maybe it's just my business? i dunno

I work in a "department" (we don't really have departments here) with 30 people. Only 3 of those 30 are men including myself. Reality =

- wimins are emotional (surprise!)
- many wimins use their sexuality to get ahead of men
- many of our male clients give preferential treatment to an attractive woman simply b/c the male clients are overweight 50yo pigfucks
- wimins are a ton of fun to work with and hang out with
- wimins bring a perspective to our work (at my agency) that men do not. and its extremely valuable
- wimins cat fight with each other
- wimins gossip like there is no tomorrow
- wimins do not respond to logic as much as they respond to emotion
- wimins have vaginas

Taking all that into consideration, women are easy and fun to work with if you just know how to relate to and interact with them. Take them for what they are, and formulate a game plan from there. I love working with wimins.

I also work in a very fun and comfortable environment, so that has a lot to do with it. But I work with a TON of very attractive and young women (several older ones too) and have seen a lot of guys have trouble in the environment. I don't know, you just can't get caught up in the bullshit. You gotta walk that line.

I work insane hours. 8, 12, 15 posts a day takes about a total of 30 minutes or so per day. That's not really a lot. I don't take lunch breaks or any other breaks for that matter. And I work for an agency - there is no supervision whatsoever. I could come in drunk every day with my wang hangin out and nobody would say shit cause I get my ish done and get it done well.

I once worked as a receptionist to a software company that was mainly owned and manned by Russian Jews. I was pretty much the only female there. I was single and NO ONE ever hit on me. We joked and kidded (usually at my initiation as these are VERY serious people) and had a WONDERFUL work environment.

LOVED IT LOVED IT LOVED IT.

It is VERY difficult to work with 99% of the women on the planet. That is why I prefer the company of men.

These men were particularly lovely as there was ZERO sexual tension. Not only was I not russian but I was neither a jew so there was ZERO possibility of any of the men to have any sort of real relationship with me and they respected me and themselves too highly to even try the bullshit drama that 99% of American men would have tried just to get into my pants.

Of the three American men there, two were married (and one a good friend of my family) and the one that was divorced DID try subtly but backed off right quick as I shot him down very properly.

I have NEVER screwed around in any way shape of form with anyone from any place where I was employed.

I onced work where there was mostly women, about 100 of us...hated it!! I would rather work for men than women anyday! I just couldn't deal with all the pmsing back stabbing bitches. I would never go into another work enviroment like that agian ever, no matter how much money. Sometimes your sanity is more important.

I've noticed that wimmens will use their sexuality to help with sales, and it works. I've seen guys do the same, but it's easier to have innocent flirting backfire if you're a guy. I've always been in sales, so other fields I couldn't comment on. The thing I can tell you from a management standpoint, is that they'll also try to use it in the office, and will react poorly if they don't get the attention they want. Rough example: A losn gets originated and has been put together the wrong way, and to change it in the system could raise red flags, loan fraud wise (very serious). They come to the mgr and use the flirty eyes saying they need something overridden, tell you none of the story, let you find out after wasting time. They act flirty to cover it up, you don't respond or acknowledge that they are acting said vag tossing way and they leave upset that you won't do what they want and the deal is lost.

Best part here, they get so bitter that you wouldn't undo their fuckup that caused them to lose the deal that they make a sexual harrassment complaint saying that you were flirting with them and turned their deal down because they didn't respond.

I know this is maybe 2% of wimmens, but they ruin so much for the rest out there. Same as the douchebag guys that would stoop to the same level. When I managed I wouldn't hire cute, attention whore girls because they were usually unproffessional, were a distraction to others in the office, and because of shit like I put above.

When I work I actually am proffessional, not the douchetardmonkey I am here.
