What is your 10-rep bench max?

Just wondering. I started a 3x10 workout for bench and I love it. Move up every time you can get 3 sets of the ten reps. I am up to 295 as of yesterday.
 
The most I've ever done for 10 is 315. Never really work in the 10rep range though, usually 6-8 reps.

im at 275 right now for 10, but im going to be working on 315 to see how many reps i can get

props to you guys reping 315 10 times your ofically strong!
 
I can do 240lbs 3*10. I really focus on control and feeling the contraction on each rep.

Some strong dudes in here.

WOW - it's insane how much some of you guys move!!!
I'm working for the day I can hit 315 for 3 sets of 10 - long ways off right now but hopefully trying WSB will help - 225 for a 3x10 is probably my max

It's amazing, my DL and Squat are decent but my chest has been weak for a very long time
 
My home gym only goes as high as 200. so I push 3 sets of 12 n I thought that was pretty good, mates that come over to work out with me don't even come close. I'm gonna have to expand and get some free weights. to catch up to you guys :rolleyes:
 
315 x 10 x 3 was the most I did when I tried that method last... and it's what I'll be using for my flat bench while I diet ... alternating it with heavy dips or declines to (hopefully) get some strength back
 
185 for 12x3 but i fall short at 195 with around 8 then to 7 then 5 as the sets progress
but still alot stronger than i was six months ago when i started lol one rep max of 175 is a far way behind me now
 
i haven't done 10-rep sets in ages

I've done 365 for 5, paused, so I guess my best 10-rep set would be 182.5. :D
 
10 X 3 X 315 for me. Like the guy said above when you can get 10 on the last set add 5. I have done this in the 14, 10, 8 rep ranges and it works fro me.
 
There are some strong guys in here. 185x10 for me. Hey, that is my bodyweight, so I'm stronger than probably 90% of the people my age.

Yeah that's awesome to hear! I was just reading switching it up does wonders and it doesn't even matter how often or the order you switch it up in... Ofcourse there is no irrufutable evidence as of yet whether high med or low reps are better for muscle gain... in fact the book I'm reading is making the argument lower rep is better for reasons of maintaining good form (if you have good form to begin with). I have to get to the full argument as of yet though. I'm curious to see...
