What is this pain from?

I've recently started getting really bad pain in the area of the bottom of my pinky down to the middle of my outer forearm bone when I release the ez curl bar or when doing the under-over grip on shrugs or when handling the bar on deads in that same grip.

Does this happen to anyone else?

Didn't really start happening till I moved up in weight on standing ezbar bicep curls and like I said it only happens when I RELEASE the bar. It is weakening my grip overall because of the pain.

Is tendonitis more felt in the center of the wrist? I didn't think it was tendonitis because it is only on the outer edge and feels more in the bone, but I just assumed tendonitis was in the center of the forearm.
 
Nope...you have flexors on one side and extensors on the other. Either or both could be inflamed. Also, they attach to your bone, so it can stress the bones too.
