what is the qualification for get personal trainer certification?

Yeah, she's become like my sister over the years. I never would have thought I needed a PT back in theday much les a FEMALE trainer. Goes to show how ignorant I was....

The one issue I have is that she's a figure competitor and if I hear "Dude, she's so HOT, can you hook me up??" one more time then I'm going to go off....

I had a physical therapist when I tore my rotator cuff about 10 years ago. Once I learned some of the exercises and recognize when it is starting to act up, I just do the exercises, lay off the weights until it gets back to normal. But when I first started seeing the PT, I didn't know how much they can help! Now, my daughter-in-law is a PT, so if something doesn't feel quite right, I talk to her.
