Perfect answer
what if my natural potential was 160 lbs (it's not)
i post that i wanna do a cycle and there be all sorts of people saying
"eat more" "shouldn't sauce untill 200 lbs" etc
seems like people embrace the theory of "natty max" but differ one what that is from person to person
how does one really know if he is at his max natty?

You will just know. You will stop seeing gains. You will be really at the point where you are just wasting time in the gym. Most people at this point simply continue on and become cardio obsessive, trying to burn the last drop of fat off their bodies. They have to see some results, no matter what kind. Other people simply start trying to see how much weight they can lift.

Look in the mirror and you will know. Or have some give you an honest evaluation. Many times, you are not close to your natural potential, instead you are simply at the maximum potential that your current diet and training can take you. You change those and you will see gains again.

It all depends. Younger people will probably see better (more drastic) results, but older people will see results they could NOT have obtained naturally.

well said i have alot of young friends and when they cycle i am like damn you got big quick i am 36 done 3 cycles and all werent drastic but got to a level i would have never got too natty

probably early 30's is when you see the biggest reduction in test.

however, there are plenty of people who experience it at a younger age.

my natural test levels SUCK
ya 30's are around the time...ot when you hit a point where your body cant take you any farther.I know you gam and I know you know your body.have you hit the point where nothing is working.have you tried everthing out there to get past it.if not them keep trying

do you think younger bros gain more off a cycle than older bros like yourself?
you seem to age well bro i would've thought more 30's
too many angles to answer

I do believe they shouldn't start till after age 25 and then after they've put in a solid 3 years of lifting

too many want the quick high

and aging well has much to do with genetics
diet and overall exercise level

and I'll mention that the number one accepted discipline to age well is calorie restriction
which is tough to balance with a bodybuilding lifestyle
I've always sought to just keep strong and develop a balanced physique and am not into increasing size
and I'm against calorie stuffing yourself to put on lean mass
I just feel that the gear and the calorie stuffing will cost you in the long run

my goals right now are a 46" chest and a 32" waist
I'm about an inch away on each end

Ideally, one should wait until their natural potential has been reached. This cannot be done in less than 2-3 years and usually cannot be achieved until one is well into their 20's. I can think of NO instance where I would advise anyone < 18 to start and very, very few instances when I might advise before age 21.

i say when ever you are ready, if you are interested in juicing then you will eventually be on HRT anyways so start when ever you like, but each his own.

How do you figure? I'm getting ready to do my first cycle. I may or may not do another one... You're telling me if I do one only I'll be on HRT?

seems like a lotta bros start around 21-24
i just have a hard time believing that at that young age you have maxed out natty potential
what is the optimal age?

At least wait until you're 10 maybe 11 tops. LOL

I think the mid to late 30's and if a bro is younger they should do MINIMUM cycles with careful PCT.
