what is the optimal age to juice?

younger guys can eat and... want to eat everything in site.
us older guys have to be very careful.

my vote goes 24-26 if the guy has already been lifting weights properly for 5 years.

gotta be careful of the cholesterol and other health risk associate w.old age? is that why you can't eat as much?

I agree with this.

I think I reached my natural potential at 23-24. I didn't juice until 29. I wish I started at about 25 years old since I went about 3 or 4 years with no progress.
 
yep a good yard stick would be 1 year no progres then hit the sauce.
but if there is no progress some times that means you need a rest too.
 
I'd say mid to late 20's your natty test starts to decline in your late twenties... that would be a good way to go... but as long as you've been training for a good while and your body is hitting it's nat maxes I'd say 22-24 would be good if you're training and discipline is ready!! and some say younger is ok ... but we're not talking about when is the earliest acceptable age, we're talking about abou when is it "best" to begin

it will vary from person to person but I would personally state mid to late 20's
after you have exceeded your natural potential and natural test levels start to decrease
