What's the longest time that you've been waiting for an EMS EXPRESS package?

Because I'm waiting today for the 12th day for my package, and normally I get the package after around 5 days.

is this normal for an express package?
Or could it maybe be seizured?

Please let me know how long you waited for your express package?

(btw the package is from china)
