It is an assistance process that runs along side of HP digital imaging devices (printers, etc)

If you don't have a HP computer yet have an all in one printer from HP it could cause issues. Try turning off your printer or HP digital image device (scanner, etc)..See if turning it off assists in lowering the process usage.
