What is Etheopian Cuisine?

Here where I live we have many different cultures. Sometimes within several feet of each other. On one street the first restaurant you come to is a Taco Bar where mostly gothic/queers/bi/lesbos hang out, right next to it is a country western dance club, next is the areas voted best cajun restaurant, and right across the street is a place called "Ethiopian Cuisine". So I walk across the street to it, look back across and see punks with blue hair smoking crak on the corner and peer into the Ethiopian restaurant and everyone is wearing suit&ties. No, I didnt bother going in (and dont even fucking go there about the queer bar). I am just curious, what is Etheopian Cuisine? I guess maybe they just bring you a big bowl of fucking tree roots and grub worms. I do recall not seeing any fat people in there. I opted for the cajun!

I've had it before like 5 years ago. It was allright, more for the atmosphere and decor, but the food was pretty average. nothing to write home about... lamb, beans, bread, rice, I forget what else.

No, you werent imagining shit. If your ever in Kansas City go to a place called westport. You will find everything. And I mean "everything". Yes, I guess lamb and beans would be cuisine! I just dont understand it though. Theres probably only 5 or 6 etheopians of stature so your devoting an entire restaruant to them.

their meals are served much like a mediterainian meal.Large servings that the whole table will share.
The main staple is normally pastey substances,much like sag(indian recipe) some with chicked,beef,and rice.You live in L.A.

That's weird, the Taco Bell I live near has more of a ghetto flavor as opposed to queers and such. More of a bad weave/fake nail/terribly obesse flavor I guess...fucking diversity.
