nope i worked out last night

My low back and hamstrings are way sore today lol
Im still getting back into the whole training regimen so Im on an every other day schedule right now until i build up my endurance, stamina, cardio fitness and recovery abilities
i plan to be back at the gym in the morning. more cardio
If you ever need a spot on SLDL let me know.

My whole body hurts right now but I am tapering down for a powerlifting meet.
